We respect your decision to manage your property privately, however, we can help you with the marketing and leasing process.
How does this work?
- We meet you at the property and make recomendations in relation to leasing your property, including advising you of all compliance requirements such as minimum security standards, smoke alarms & RCD legislation
- We take photographs of your property (or we can arrange professional photography) then we write the ad and load your property onto realestate.com as a highight ad. This is a lovely big ad either at the top or on the first page of the listings for your suburb. Your property will also feature on domain, gumtree & facebook.
- We schedule home opens and we privately hold viewings of your property.
- Potential tenants complete an application and these are fully checked including a National Tenancy Database and VEDA check.
- You then get to choose your tenant – we will of course give you our recommendation
- Based on your decision we will then draw up the legally prescribed lease and have your ingoing tenant execute it. The bond is also lodged with Bond Administration as is legally required.
- The ingoing rent and bond are paid into our trust account and the tenant attends a key hand over at the property.
- Once this is done all documentation is handed back to you to continue on with your tenancy.
- You can even have us complete the ingoing property condition report which is also now required by law.
